Last August, I had the incredible honor of being invited by Bella Neyman and Chantel Gushue to curate the upcoming set of DISCOVER applications. Artists from around the world apply for the chance to showcase their work on this amazing platform, and I was absolutely thrilled to be part of the process.
Curating was an amazing experience, and I was fully aware of the responsibility it entailed—it was not an easy task to choose! One thing I can say for sure: if you’re interested in participating, make sure you have a well-organized Instagram page, high-quality photos, an engaging and easy-to-navigate website, and stay on top of their emails.
The DISCOVER page, featuring all the selected artists, will launch on November 18, coinciding with the first day of NYCJW24. check it out!
