Monday: almost time to say 'au revoir'

monday norning i met sandro at Goldrush as he was invited to do a photoshoot with some of the jewelry being shown. photographer Marco Bollani - chosen by Valery to handle all photos for the event and participants - had a session with Sandro, Fernando and Javier. You can see it all on Goldrush's Instagram page (spoiler, they look amazing and the jewels... chef's kiss!) afterwards I had lunch at the loveliest restaurant with jewelry artist Binliang Alexander Peng (who I also interviewed for Sandro's magazine, Salut les Garçons) and it was wonderful. we talked jewelry, rings, inspirations, references, techniques, food, travel and so much more. then it was time to go back home to Toulouse, a very short flight and by the end of the day I was already cuddling my cats! it's fantastic to travel but it's also delightful to come back to one's own place. bisous!
